Securing goods stacked on pallets for storage or transport no longer has to be a laborious task. The PLUS+ pallet wrapper erforms this task reliably, efficiently, and without effort. This robust, semi-automatic stretch wrapper consists of a solid steel construction and is designed for wrapping palletized goods weighing between 150 kg and 2000 kg. The wrapping process can be controlled either manually or via individually stored programs, allwoing it to be optimally adapted to the respective product and packaging cycle.

A photocell ensures automatic height detection and stops the packaging process as soon as the required height is reached. The speed of the turnable can be set up to 12 revolutions per minute. The gentle start-up and stop of the turntable prevents the load from slipping and ensures optimal packaging results.
The PLUS+ pallet wrapper also impresses in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Thanks to the pre-stretch system, film consumption is significantly reduced. The film is pre-stretched by up to 250 % directly at the control unit, which not only saves material but also ensures that the film tension is adjustable to the requirements, so that even lighter pallets can be wrapped optimally.
