Many work areas require different types of equipment-but it isn't always practical or cost-effective to purchase a seperate piece of equipment for every single task. Often it, makes sense to rely on a versatile multitool. This is exactly where the pallet jack front assembly comes in: It serves as a robust base unit for various applications, but is not intended as a replacement parts kit for complete pallet jacks.

At the heart of this front assembly is the maintenance-free, high-performance hydraulic pump. With a load capacity of up to 2,500 kg, it enables powerful yet smooth and effortless lifting operations. The pump, manufactured from a single piece, ensures maximum stability, while the enclosed, all-metal pump housing reliably protects the hydraulic tank. At the same time, it’s easy to replace seals or change the hydraulic oil at any time—access is convenient via the central cap.

For comfortable operation, the front section of the pallet jack features a reinforced, ergonomically shaped handle that fits comfortably in the hand. The hand lever controls the “Lift,” “Drive,” and precise “Lower” functions. Additionally, a practical foot-operated release lever is available, enabling faster lowering.
